Lisa Smith-Buyer Specialist

Lisa is a real estate Broker and a professional stager for The Smith Team. She has been involved in the Bryan College Station real estate market for eight years. She has had her real estate license for eight years and her brokers license for five years. She is an active member of the B-CS Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

Lisa earned her status as a professional stager and P$C and PIC designations from Property Staging Consultants. She can turn your average home into a showroom with that "Wow" factor. Over the last ten years she has bought, sold and managed investment property, worked as a leasing agent and assisted at all levels of investment, management and real estate sales. She is currently working as a buyers representative and a professional home stager for The Smith Team.

Lisa graduated from Texas A&M, class of 1993, with a major in Journalism. She taught high school English in Bryan, worked in retail management at Post Oak Mall and customer service and marketing for The Bryan-College Station Eagle. With her solid background in customer service, knowledge of the area and understanding of the industry she is sure to make your homebuying experience enjoyable and hassle-free.

Lisa and Andrew are active at Grace Bible Church and have four children: Julia, Alyssa, Hunter and Palmer. Julia and Alyssa are involved in the College Station dual language program at College Hills. Hunter and Palmer attend Kingdom Kids preschool at Grace Bible Church. Lisa volunteers at College Hills Elementary. She is involved at Grace by leading a Bible study for international women through Friendship Connection, serving on the Grace Kids Advisory Board, and participating in various Bible studies and home groups.

Chelsie Breaux-Buyer Specialist

Chelsie Breaux has lived in the Brazos Valley for 15 years and is thrilled to be working for the professional staff of The Real Estate Group. After receiving a degree from Sam Houston State University in Community Health, and enjoying years of experience in Restaurant Management and the Customer Service Industry, the decision to join The Smith Team and be a part of the Real Estate Group was the obvious one.

Her husband Wade Breaux works in the sports industry as the Director of Training for Brazos Valley Youth Soccer as well as a Sales Representative at CC Creations, and both know the power of a strong supporting cast. The Smith Team has listed and sold residential, multifamily, and commercial properties as well as land for area developments for over 10 years here in the Brazos Valley. Neli O'Campo-Closing Coordinator

My name is Neli O'Campo. I was born in Seguin, Texas, but I've been raised in the B/CS area for the last 18 years. I graduated from Bryan High School in 2004 and then attended Blinn College. I love spending time with the love of my life, Max, my family and of course my best friends. Previously working in the retail industry, has given me the up most opportunity to meet wonderful customers and make great friends of them. It has also given me the chance to provide absolute customer service and enjoy the work I'm doing.

I am now in the real estate business as The Smith Team's Closing Coordinator, but I am also a licensed real estate agent. I became licensed in September 2007. I chose to be part of this industry because I finally found a career that offers great opportunities and long life goals. It gives me the opportunity and honor to work with people and to provide for their needs. I love being part of The Smith Team because everyone is very welcoming and provides the best service in the area... not to mention having the best boss in the world!! I really enjoy working with my team and getting to know the other agents. My long time goal is to become a very successful real estate agent in the B/CS area and have lots of doors open to me in the Hispanic community.

Sarah Pickard-Listing Coordinator

Howdy! I'm Sarah, the Listing Coordinator for The Smith Team. I am originally from Austin, Texas, but have called College Station my home for the last five years. I received a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Business from Texas A&M University in May 2007. WHOOP! Since then, I've acquired my real estate license and have been eagerly pursuing my passion. My personal goal is to provide service above expectations for our clients and to help build lasting, trusting relationships for our team and the community.

Dawn Gish-Customer Service Representative

Hello my name is Dawn Victoria Gish. I was born in Houston, Texas. I moved to Knoxville, Tennessee when I was six years old and was raised there. For the last nine years I have lived in College Station, Texas. I am finishing up my political science degree and business minor at Texas A&M University. While at Texas A&M University, I did a seven month internship at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. I also participated in two summer study abroad programs, one in Cuernavaca, Mexico and the other in Europe - England, France, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, and the Netherlands. I am also a Kappa Delta. I just finished completing the Real Estate program at Blinn College and will be taking my Real Estate license board exams as soon as possible. I am very excited about joining The Smith Team and starting my Real Estate career.

In my free time, I enjoy music, movies, interior decorating, party planning, traveling, and spending time with my boyfriend Jason, who is also currently getting his Real Estate license.
