Resident Screening
Whether we procure a prospective tenant, or another Realtor® procures the tenants, Real Estate BCS performs a thorough credit and criminal background check.  Our investigation includes credit, criminal, rental, and employment history.  We look for evictions, judgments, and possible upcoming bankruptcy.  Our management team specializes in screening prospective renters.

Accounting Service
